Tree Replacement Policy
Any tree larger than 8-inch caliber that is removed from any common area or golf area will be replaced by at least a 3-inch caliber tree from the suggested list below. The replacement can be to another location.

Palms
Longleaf Pines
Crepe Myrtle
River Birch
Magnolia
Sweet Bay Magnolia
Blooming small trees:
– Cherry
– Apricot

– Redbud
